Where we ship

Taglio currently ships within the United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time, and we can't deliver to freight forwarders or addresses outside the USA.

Shipping cost

We offer three delivery speeds at checkout. Economy is the free option:

• Economy — free on orders over $40, otherwise $4.99.
• Standard — $8.00 (usually 3–5 business days once dispatched).
• Express — $15.00 (usually 1–2 business days once dispatched).

Only Economy is discounted by the $40 threshold. Standard and Express are the same price at every order value. The $40 threshold is based on your order subtotal before tax and after any discounts, and the exact rate is shown at checkout.

Dispatch time

Every tag is made to order. We dispatch orders within 72 hours (3 business days). Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, Economy delivery within the USA typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on how far you are from Miami, Florida. Standard is usually 3–5 business days and Express 1–2. These are estimates and not guarantees — carrier delays can happen.

Because every tag is made to order, the time from order to delivery is normally 8–11 business days in total on Economy (72 hours production plus carrier transit). Choosing Standard or Express shortens the transit part.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch email with tracking information when it leaves us. If you haven't received tracking within 72 hours of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@mytaglio.com.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an address you entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not once the order has shipped.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it still can't be located, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Customs, duties and tax

Because we only ship inside the United States, there are no customs duties or import fees. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
